All items from The Bark Vault are made to order and printed especially for you once your order is placed.

Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping time (after production)
Estimated delivery times:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs processing.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Multiple items
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
